How do Russians perceive Putin's palace?

This is Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. It cost 1.5 billion USD to build.

This is allegedly a luxe hotel, unfinished after more than ten years of construction. It cost 1.4 billion dollars, or almost as much as the tallest building in the world.

Here is what ingrate Russians say about this palace, which they believe belongs to Putin:

“Russia is a unique country where foreign agents are fighting corruption, while patriots are stealing money from the budget and spending in the enemies’ countries.”

“They didn’t protect Russia from Napoleon so well as they’re protecting his palace.”

“I have no words to express the shameless state of affairs. This horror. This crime.”

“KGB agents were always taught to lie honestly and believably.”

“The closer is the collapse of an empire, the crazier are its laws.”

“The richest in natural resources country lives so awfully.”

“Looking at the state authorities, I wish there was hell.”

“0.5% of the population live very well and call the rest of the people parasites.”

“Mud Warehouse in the palace looks better than the central street of my town.”

“This is madness. Our children die because the state has no money to buy them meds and this man buys himself a golden toilet brush for 150k.
